Travel Guide-Front Cover 

The first part of this project was to create a travel guide for Door County, Wisconsin. I could make it about anything in Door County that I wanted to highlight, so I choose a family edition which highlights some of the things parents can do with kids. My biggest struggle with this project was the inside of this brochure.

The inside page caused the majority of my struggles. The first struggle was creating a map in which I could place the places on to show where they are in the county. One thing I wish I would change would be adding icons on the map to customize it and make it feel more unique. The next struggle was figuring out how to place the list of places so they didn't over whelm the other elements. 

Travel Guide-Interactive PDF

The final part of this project was creating an interactive PDF file. This part went fairly easy. The only things I really had to change from the first part was the size of the over all project and the front page to make it flow better. One design aspect that I am proud of from this project was the interactive part. I used hyperlinks one the map side which takes the viewer to websites better explaining what the activity is.
